For Sweet Melissa Patisserie, baking is a true passion. The business is run by wife and husband team Executive Chef Melissa Murphy Rafano and Christopher Rafano, who moved from New York to New Jersey for a new change of pace several years ago. Chef Melissa‘s experience is as impressive as her baked creations — she graduated from New York’s French Culinary Institute in 1995, has a popular cookbook, and has appeared on numerous reality television shows and other media productions.
Sweet Melissa Patisserie loves breakfast and brunch, and that is why we offer this menu all day long. Try our Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes or brioche toast, or pick from our selection of freshly baked croissants and other breakfast pastries.
